This is a total body conditioning workout for time strapped women who want to get back in shape after having a baby.

Classes combine fitness walking, body conditioning exercises and stretches. The classes are adapted to suit all fitness levels, especially women new to exercise.

The workout can help with

  • weight loss and toning muscles
  • improving sleep
  • boosting energy levels
  • improving posture and reducing back pain
  • improving fitness and wellbeing
  • getting out and meeting other mums
  • putting a spring in your step

Classes are suitable for women from after their post natal check (six to ten weeks) and women with babies up to 12 months old.

One-to-one sessions or small group classes are available.
